1. License to Use the Website

Unless otherwise stated, tribe-alpha.com and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on our website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from the Tribe Alpha online store for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to the restrictions set in these terms.

You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercializing any website material.
  • Publicly performing and/or showing any website material without permission.

If you create an account on this site, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for restricting access to your device. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may not assign or transfer your account to any other person or entity.

4. Products & Availability

We may limit sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, and may restrict quantities of any product. Product descriptions, specifications and prices may change at any time without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at checkout when you place it.

5. Personalized & Custom Gear

Personalized items (such as names, numbers or custom designs) are made specifically to your order.

  • Exclusion from withdrawal: Personalized items are made to your specifications and are excluded from the right of withdrawal. They cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty, damaged or not as ordered. Your legal guarantee rights still apply.
  • Accuracy of your input: Please check all spelling, numbers and text before checkout. We are not responsible for errors that you entered yourself.

6. Orders & Cancellations by Us

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud. We may also limit quantities per person, household or order. If we cancel or change your order, we will contact you using the email address or phone number you gave at checkout and refund any amount you have paid.

7. Changes to Prices & Services

Prices may change without notice, but changes never affect orders that have already been placed. We may change or discontinue our services, or any part of them, at any time.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tribe Alpha is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer, including your right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

10. Complaints & Consumer Disputes

If you have a complaint, contact us first at info@tribe-alpha.com and we will reply within 8 working days. Consumers can also turn to an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider recognised in the Republic of Slovenia.
