Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Tribe Alpha. Please read our return, exchange and withdrawal rules below.

1. Your Right to Withdraw (14 days)

  • If you are a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you, or someone you name, receive the goods, without giving a reason.
  • To withdraw, send us a clear statement before the 14 days end. You can email info@tribe-alpha.com, use the Refund & Exchange Request Form above, or use the model withdrawal form at the end of this policy.
  • Send the items back to us no later than 14 days after you tell us you are withdrawing.

2. Our 30-Day Returns

  • On top of the legal 14 days, you can return non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, free of any wear or odors, and in their original packaging where possible. You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the items beyond what is needed to check their nature, characteristics and fit.

3. Free Size Exchange

  • Wrong size? We'll remake it. If a non-personalized item doesn't fit, we will make it again in your correct size and ship it to you free of charge. One free size exchange per item.
  • Eligibility: Non-personalized items only, requested within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, free of any wear or odors, and returned in its original packaging.
  • Return Shipping: You cover the cost of sending the item back to us. We cover the production and shipping of your new size.
  • How to Request: Email info@tribe-alpha.com with your order number and the size you need, or fill in the Refund & Exchange Request Form above. Once the item arrives and passes inspection, your new size goes into production and ships within 10 working days.

4. Personalized & Custom Items

  • Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized, such as names, numbers, dates or custom designs, are excluded from the right of withdrawal under EU law (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU). They cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or not as ordered.
  • Please check all text and numbers before checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for spelling or number errors that you entered yourself.

5. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • All products come with the legal guarantee of conformity. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you. This also applies to personalized and custom items.
  • Please contact info@tribe-alpha.com or our live chat as soon as possible, ideally within 72 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photos of the problem. Reporting quickly helps us solve it fast. It does not limit your legal rights.

6. Refunds

  • When you withdraw, we refund the price of the items and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We refund to your original payment method, at no cost to you.
  • We may hold the refund until we have received the items back, or until you have shown proof that you sent them, whichever comes first.
  • If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our cheapest standard option, we refund only the cost of the standard option.
  • If you return only part of an order, we refund the original shipping only when the whole order is returned.

7. Return Shipping

  • You pay the direct cost of returning items for withdrawals, 30-day returns and size exchanges.
  • We pay return shipping for faulty, damaged or incorrect items.
