  • Shipping Fee: €3.90 for all orders within Slovenia.

  • Dispatch Window: We strive to dispatch domestic orders within 5 to 7 business days.

2. International Shipping

  • Shipping Fee: €15.90 for all orders shipped outside of Slovenia.

  • Dispatch Window: International orders are processed and dispatched within 7 business days.

  • Customs & Import Duties: International shipments may be subject to customs fees, tariffs, or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering for clarification on potential fees.

3. Free Shipping Threshold

  • Tribe Alpha offers free worldwide shipping on all orders exceeding €69.90, applicable to both domestic and international destinations.

4. Processing Times & Tracking

  • Order Processing: Processing timeframes vary based on item availability, customization requirements, and order volume. We work rapidly to process and deploy every mission package.

  • Tracking Intelligence: Once your order is dispatched, a confirmation email containing tracking data (where available) will be issued so you can monitor your shipment's transit status.

5. Estimated Transit Times

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on your destination and the assigned courier network. Estimated transit times will be displayed during checkout. Please note that these are projections and not guaranteed delivery windows.

6. Address Accuracy & Logistics Discrepancies

  • Address Verification: Customers are strictly responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Tribe Alpha assumes no liability for orders misrouted or lost due to incorrect customer-entered information.
