1. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Thresholds

- Slovenia: €3.90 shipping, free shipping on orders from €69.90
- Austria: €6.90 shipping, free shipping on orders from €89.90
- Croatia: €6.90 shipping, free shipping on orders from €89.90
- Hungary: €8.90 shipping, free shipping on orders from €99.90
- All other EU countries: €12.90 shipping, free shipping on orders from €149.90
- Rest of the world (including Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia): €17.90 shipping (free shipping is not available)

Free shipping applies automatically at checkout once your order total reaches the threshold for your destination. The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

2. Dispatch Windows

- Standard Orders: All orders are dispatched within 10 working days.
- Custom Orders: Orders placed through our custom page are made to order and are dispatched within 3 to 4 weeks.

3. Customs & Import Duties

- Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees, tariffs, or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering for clarification on potential fees.

4. Processing Times & Tracking

- Order Processing: Processing timeframes vary based on item availability, customization requirements, and order volume. We work rapidly to process and deploy every mission package.
- Tracking Intelligence: Once your order is dispatched, a confirmation email containing tracking data (where available) will be issued so you can monitor your shipment's transit status.

5. Estimated Transit Times

- Delivery timelines vary depending on your destination and the assigned courier network. Estimated transit times will be displayed during checkout. Please note that these are projections and not guaranteed delivery windows.

6. Address Accuracy & Logistics Discrepancies

- Address Verification: Customers are strictly responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Tribe Alpha assumes no liability for orders misrouted or lost due to incorrect customer-entered information.
- Lost or Delayed Shipments: In the rare event that a package is lost or experiences severe transit delays, contact our command desk immediately at info@tribe-alpha.com so we can initiate recovery support.
